Shred = Dead...OW

Jillian Michaels is EVIL!!! Today I worked an 8 hour shift, walked 2 kms, and did my first 30 day shred workout and...OWW! I definitely don't think I can do both a 2km walk along with the 30 day shred unless I separate them by a few hours. I basically got home from my walk and went to do the workout...not smart. Ugh...enough bitching for now.

I made home made pizza for supper tonight. Whole wheat pita as crust, very little cheese, and lots of veggies.

I don't have a lot to say tonight...Hope everybody is doing well.

  5. Yes lets get a group of people doin the shred!!! Ill be more inclined to go through that torture again if somebody else is. That being said i am stiiiiiiff this morning. I'm walking bow legged. I did get rode hard but not in a good way!!!

  6. You guys are really getting me curious about Jillian Michael workouts. But the thing is -- I CAN'T STAND HER. I hate the type of trainer that yells at you. Is she like that on the DVDs?

  8. oh god... yeah jillian is a mastermind. i did her 30 aday shred not long ago and now im doing her biggest loser last chance workout. this is the 6th and final week of that one. then when i finish it im going to do something else hopefully just as difficult to keep me going!

    i definitely recommend you take you walk early in the morning and then do the shred at night after dinner. this way you have lots of rest time in between and also you're burning off whatever you just ate for dinner instead of letting it sit there all night long. :)

  9. Hi, new follower here. I really like the 30 day shred video, but my problem is sticking with it. It's in my goals for last week and this week and I'm not doing too bad with it. It is painful at first, but after a while you just buzz right through it - then you step it up and start at square on when it's Level 2. LOL.
