Wondering..

I'm wondering what the hell is going on with my body. The last few days I have been absolutely nauseous and ready to throw up. I have been having to force myself to eat...well anything really. Absolutely no appetite (please don't think I'm lucky because it's really NOT a good thing). Now don't be jumping to any conclusions, I am NOT pregnant and I know that for an absolute fact. The past few days I've been surviving on 700-1000 calories...I guess it's good for weight loss but I feel like crap. Is this just a normal adjustment my body is going through???

  1. You might be taking in too few calories. Maybe try adding more healthy calories into your diet and see if things change. I'm not a pro when it comes to these things tho so don't take my word for it. Hope you feel better soon!

  2. You're only taking in around 700-1000 calories per day because you feel sick, right? Otherwise I'd agree with Alicia. However, I never experienced a sick-feeling from sticking to a diet plan. Are you working out outside in this heat? And taking in enough water? Both of those things might cause you to feel sick.

  3. I've never experienced nausea from too few calories. It may just be a bug you caught from somewhere or from something you ate recently. Whatever it is I hope you feel better soon! (I also wanted to thank u for ur kind words on my aunts passing) :0)

  4. Maybe try bumping up those calories a bit - adding a small protein-rich snack or something??? It could just be a bug - you never know. If you were experiencing the heat wave we're having here I'd be inclined to say it's the weather...not sure hot how (or cool) it is in your neck of the woods??? Just be sure to take it easy - don't overdo it on the exercise if you don't feel well. Take care of yourself and I hope you are back into fighting shape soon!

  5. Thank you girls for all your concern. Still feel absolutely awful and havent even been able to force myself to eat today. Just feel really crummy. Im hoping to feel better soon so i can actually enjoy the nice weather that has fiiiinally shown up. Until yesterday the weather has sucked. Cold and rainy. And now that its nice i dont want to leave bed. Ugh...

  6. You shouldn't be having any less than 1200 calories per day. Lower than that is really unhealthy and tends to give me headahces and sick feeling too.

  7. I agree with Poison, if I eat too few calories I start to get headaches and can feel a little queasy too. Try to stick to 1200 to 1500 calories a day.

  8. I agree with you girls as well. I KNOW I should not have less than 1200 calories per day. However when you put something in your mouth and you immediately feel like throwing up it's just very hard to eat. VERY hard. I'm feeling better and have eaten well today :)
