Follow me in my journey to lose 150lbs
So I'm thoroughly disappointed. I only lost 1.3 lbs this week. I'm now at my lowest weight so far on this journey of 290.6 lbs. I'm not happy because I worked so hard. Gonna go wallow in self pity now.
Stop wallowing! You need to understand that you worked muscules that have not been worked in a while! And when you work your muscles they retain fluid!! You are awesome! 1.3 is nothing to sneeze at ANYWAY!

That is fantastic! You worked so hard and gained muscle?? How are those clothes fitting? At least it didnt go up or stay the same. Stop walloeing, tis the season to be grateful! Cheer up! You are heading in the right direction, Congratulations!
Hey Taryn, that's still a fantastic loss but I know what it's like when you've worked your behind off and expect a big movement on the scale. Have you considered taking some measurements to compare in a few weeks? Also, thanks for your comment on my in-law's post. I really am going to try being better at speaking my mind with them :)
That is a great loss! Posting any losses this time of year is a huge victory. :) Focus on the positives - your new low! - and push forward. ♥

Thank you all for your sweet comments. I should clarify that I had peeked at the scale earlier in the week and I was at 288.8 (which would have been a 3.1lb loss at that time) so I was expecting at least that and when I didn't and had worked just as hard as the first half of the week I was just mad. But fear not, I wont let it break me :)
Glad to see it won't break you .. We just have to keep working, even when the scale is being stupid. :)
