  1. To avoid developing diabetes
  2. To avoid heart disease
  3. To avoid depression
  4. To feel confident
  5. To wear a little black dress
  6. To wear shorts shorter than Bermuda shorts
  7. To wear sexy lingerie and actually feel sexy
  8. To shop in regular stores
  9. To fly comfortably in an airplane
  10. To ride amusement park rides again
  11. To be scooped up into Chris’s arms
  12. To walk upstairs without getting winded
  13. To walk outside without getting winded
  14. To run
  15. To get a job in an ER
  16. To paint my toenails without having to hold my breath
  17. To not have to precariously move around people and STILL brush against them
  18. To sleep soundly throughout the night
  19. To not be embarrassed to go to my high school reunion
  20. To reduce my life insurance premiums
  21. To not have my rings sized up
  22. To prove I can do it
  23. To allow Chris be proud to show me off
  24. To buy tall boots
  25. To ride the zip line in Vegas

  109. To  never ever spend another penny in a specialty store
  110. To not feel judged at the grocery store
  111. To view food as fuel not as something I emotionally need
  112. To buy scrubs in stores, not online

  114. To be a role model for my stepdaughter

  116. To have a healthy pregnancy if we chose to have a child
  117. To have a purse that will stay on my shoulder

  151. To not sweat as much in the heat
  152. To not have to do my hair and makeup to feel ok about myself
